“The hotel was good. The staff were really friendly. The room was spacious and clean. But the real bonus was the bar. Somehow, this hotel bar was like a neighborhood bar. There were regulars and it was like family. Not only the bartender, but everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. Maybe a little too much because I "somehow" got roped into a tic toc challenge! Lots of fun. I look forward to returning sometime in the future. ”
“Kensington Hotel on State Street at Ann Arbor is a very pleasant place to stay. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient. It is relatively small, but offers all the upscale amenities you would like to enjoy. I wish we had time to stay longer so that we could use the indoor swimming pool, the lively backyard, the sauna, and the gym, etc. Their workers were all friendly. "The property is located about 15 minutes by bus from the center. There isn't much around but there are definitely several dining options and a CVS around the corner. The welcome was excellent and we were allowed to leave our suitcases in their custody even after check out. The structure is a little dated but overall good value for money. The room was large and quiet. The breakfast is not very well supplied but it is enough. Overall, a positive evaluation."
